I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including emotionally focused, mindfulness, strengths based, attachment focused, CBT, and experiential and trauma informed approaches. Together, we will explore what type of help you are looking for, develop treatment goals, and develop strategies that can help you live the life you want to live again.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, respectful therapeutic space for you to process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences as you travel on your healing journey. I am here to help you develop new tools and strategies, reconnect with yourself, and create a general sense of well being and feeling of "I've got this" or "I will be ok".
