WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?
Counselling and psychotherapy are not covered by OHIP. Full or partial coverage of mental health services may be available through your employee benefits plan or insurance plans. Please check with your plans to determine what your coverage is included such as doctor referrals (SunLife benefits, federal government workers need a prescription). Revenue Canada also offers mental health costs as deductibles under health care expenses.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
As long as it takes. There is no rush on mental health!

WHAT ARE THE FEES AND HOW CAN I PAY?
My fees are $150 per hour for either an individual or a couple. Accepted methods of payment include E-transfer, Cheque, Mastercard, Visa, Cash and PayPal.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT?
Simply reach out as soon as possible so we can reschedule! All missed appointments without notice within 24 hours are charged at regular rates.
WHO DO YOU ACCEPT REFERRALS FROM?
I welcome referrals from individuals, organisations, professionals, and self-referrals.
